Our Mental Health program consists of weekly zoom meetings led by one of our team members. Have the chance to talk to other youth and grow together. We talk about a variety of topics affecting youth in today's world.
One on One Support
This is a cool opportunity for youth who do not wish to seek professional advice but advice from peers who have had similar experiences.
This is a chance for youth to connect with us one on one and receive support and resources from a member of our team.
We are a team of people who have experienced our own mental health concerns. Although none of us are qualified professionals, we decided to start this program to give a different approach to mental health. Through games, conversation and one on one support, we help youth connect and navigate through their mental health concerns. Together lets navigate mental health.
